When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned. M·A·C Gift Cards and EGift Cards cannot be returned. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made in a M·A·C store or partnered retail location may not be returned to M·A·C Cosmetics Online. In the U.S, please send your return via insured UPS, Fed Ex or Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please keep the tracking number as reference for the return shipment.
