We apologize if your favourite M·A·C Cosmetics product has been discontinued. Please be assured that before doing so we take into account many important factors:
1. Another similar product has been developed which we feel provides better performance. 2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternate. 3. Customer preferences, purchasing patterns. You can shop for discontinued M·A·C Cosmetics products while supplies last within Goodbyes.
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice. For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. M·A·C Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of damaged items, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Please note: Only products purchased from MACCosmetics.com may be returned for refund. Products purchased at MACCosmetics.com are not accepted for return at M·A·C Retail Stores or department store locations. M·A·C Gift Cards and eGift Cards can not be returned or refunded. DAMAGED ITEMS When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-588-0070. While M·A·C does offer advanced classes for professional artists in select cities in North America, we do not have anything of this sort for aspiring artists just starting out. For a Makeup Artist position within a Department or Specialty store that carries M·A·C Cosmetics, please inquire with the Human Resources Director of the store and indicate your preference to work at the M·A·C counter. For a Makeup Artist position in a M·A·C store, please inquire with the Store Manager directly. To find address and phone number information for the counters in your area, search for a store.
