The formula utilizes a unique blend of polymers to provide superior adhesion for Glitter and Pigment particles. It contains derivatives of vitamins A, C and E to help protect the skin, as well as green tea extract to help soothe the skin. The formula is safe for all skin types and is safe for use in the eye area.
