That’s a question for the experts. “Back around 2007, there was a trend of concealing lips with concealer or foundation backstage for shows and shoots,” says M·A·C Director Makeup Artistry Romero Jennings. “We were creating some bold eye looks and needed to balance the makeup with a paired down lip. Lip Erase provided the perfect solution to all our problems – it wore more comfortably on lips than concealer or foundation and lasted longer, too. Plus, it didn’t taste like foundation which was a plus.”
