M·A·C Lover Rewards is M·A·C’s consumer loyalty program, a romance with rewards for the Bronze Lover, Silver Lover and Gold Lover.

The Program is available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, who provide and maintain a valid email address. 

Employees of M·A·C Cosmetics and M·A·C PRO members are not eligible to participate in the Program. No purchase is necessary to join the Program. The Program may not be used for any business or commercial purpose. 

You can join the Program by signing up with an Artist in a Participating Location (a physical M·A·C Cosmetics owned and operated store in the United States, excluding Massachusetts, department store counters, and airport locations, or on maccosmetics.com within the United States). You will need to provide your full name, zip code and email address. 

If signing up online, you will need to create a password and agree to the M·A·C LOVER Rewards terms and conditions. 

In order to access your birthday gift, you will also need to provide us with your birthday (day and month), but providing your birthday is not mandatory for Program enrollment. 

By enrolling in the Program, you will be automatically subscribed to receive, and you consent to receive, M·A·C Cosmetics marketing emails and other marketing communications, (which include M·A·C Lover emails and other marketing communications containing.  When you sign-up to be a member of the Program, you agree to hear from M·A·C Cosmetics and M·A·C Lover with information on new launches, insider-only offers and special loyalty-only benefits (including a complimentary birthday gift, if MAC has the necessary information provided by you to grant this gift). 

You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below. You may opt out of receiving M·A·C Cosmetics marketing emails and/or M·A·C Lover marketing emails, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each marketing email you receive. For information about how to opt out from receiving other types of marketing communications, please view the M·A·C Cosmetics PRIVACY POLICY. 

If you opt out of receiving M·A·C Cosmetics marketing emails and/or M∙A∙C Lover marketing emails, you will continue to receive transactional emails, including from M∙A∙C Lover. M∙A∙C Lover transactional emails are sent a few times a year to notify you of your points balance or loyalty membership changes. If you terminate your M∙A∙C Lover Program membership, you will no longer receive M∙A∙C Lover transactional emails, and will no longer be eligible for loyalty benefits. If you are opted-in to M∙A∙C Cosmetics and/or M∙A∙C Lover marketing emails, you will continue to receive these emails until you opt out of those emails specifically. 

The M·A·C Lover Rewards Loyalty Program has three tiers – Bronze Lover, Silver Lover and Gold Lover. For the year in which you enroll in the Program, Tiers are based on your calendar year spend on qualifying products and services, commencing with the first date after your enrollment on which you make a qualifying purchase using your Program membership identification number, and ending on December 31 of that calendar year.  

After your first year, tiers are based on calendar year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31) spend. Your status in a particular tier is good for the calendar year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full calendar year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31). After that, you’ll need to spend enough on eligible purchases to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2, Silver Lover, during your first year, you’ll maintain Silver Lover status during your second year. 

But, if you spend less than $150 on qualifying purchases during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Bronze Lover status in January. The more you purchase, the more covetable privileges you earn and the higher you climb in our three elite tiers.  

You are able to earn points by making eligible purchases or taking certain other Program actions. 

At different point levels and based on the total number of points you have accumulated in a calendar year, you will be able to redeem your points for rewards in a Participating Location and in addition to these purchases, we may offer more ways to earn and/or accelerate your points from time to time.   

At different point levels and based on the total number of points you have accumulated in a calendar year, you will be able to redeem your points for rewards in a M·A·C Cosmetics owned and operated store in the United States (excluding Massachusetts) or at maccosmetics.com.  Eligible purchases include priced merchandise and do not include purchases that contain only Gift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, donations, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time and certain charitable products for which funds are donated to M·A·C VIVA GLAM Fund or any other charitable organization, value sets, select premium products and services, and other specified products.  

Each year on January 1, your M·A·C Lover spend and points reset to zero. 

To earn points, you must be enrolled in M·A·C LOVER LOYALTY PROGRAM. 

You must also: be signed into your online account at maccosmetics.com at the time of purchase or provide your registered email address to an Artist in any Participating Location. 

M·A·C LOVER members receive 1 point for every 1 US Dollar spent on qualifying purchases in a Participating Location. Qualifying purchases include regular priced merchandise and services, and exclude purchase of gift cards, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges or other excluded charges and/or purchases specified by us from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, certain charitable products for which funds are donated to M·A·C Viva Glam Fund or any other charitable organization, value sets, Lovers premium products and services, and other specified products. 

In addition to these purchases, we may offer more ways to earn and/or accelerate your points from time to time and the details on that will be provided when the time comes. 

All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are fully matured. 

To redeem your benefits and points online, you must be enrolled in M·A·C LOVER LOYALTY PROGRAM and signed into your online account at maccosmetics.com at the time you redeem. 

You will find the rewards listed in your personal account. Rewards can only be redeemed when making a qualifying purchase at maccosmetics.com. When making a qualifying purchase on maccosmetics.com you can redeem one reward and/or offer per transaction at checkout. 

We reserve the right to make certain rewards or offers redeemable only in-store or online depending on the offering. 

To redeem your benefits and/or points in a Participating Location, you must be enrolled in M·A·C LOVER LOYALTY PROGRAM and provide your registered email address to an Artist. 

Points can’t be redeemed at department stores and airport locations. You also can’t exchange them for cash. 

You will find the rewards listed on your MAC Lover Rewards Account page online at maccosmetics.com. 

You can redeem as many rewards as you have points available and redeem multiple different products (limit to one of the same product). You do not need to make a qualifying purchase to redeem a reward. 

We reserve the right to make certain rewards or offers redeemable only in-store or online depending on the offering. 

Members will not receive points or benefits from retail purchases made at department stores and airport locations or from purchases made at non-qualifying retailers. 

P.S. The following can’t be used to rack up M·A·C LOVER points, benefits and rewards:  

• Purchase of Gift cards 
• Certain limited edition charity products 
• Sales tax 
• State fees 
• Shipping charges 
• Delivery charges 
• Other exclusions as specified by M·A·C from time to time 

When you redeem your points for product rewards, the available points in your account will decrease based on the amount of points you redeemed.  

You must redeem your available points prior to December 31, or the available rewards will expire. On January 1 of each year, your points and spend reset to 0 and you start accumulating new points and earning new rewards. 

BRONZE LOVER: Become a Bronze Lover by joining M∙A∙C Lover Rewards Seasonal offers;
