How to Register and Create an Account
By creating an account, you can take advantage of online shopping, online membership renewal, and exclusive MAC PRO content. Only active M·A·C PRO Members can register and create a MAC PRO Membership account online using your 11-digit membership number. Follow these steps to register as a MAC PRO Member. 

Step 1: Enter your 11- digit membership number. (When entering your 11-digit Membership ID, please do not include the letter as seen on your Membership card. Example: If your membership number on your card is A12999999999, you will only enter 12999999999 into the Membership ID field.)

Step 2: Enter your last name in the Last Name field. Please be sure that it matches the name found on your Pro Membership Card.

Step 3: Verify your zip code or country and choose your default store location.

Step 4: Create your own unique password and password hint.

Step 5: Provide a unique email address.

Step 6: View your account to verify your information

Step 7: View your Address book to verify or update your address information.

MAC PRO Members can register at www.maccosmetics.com or at www.macpro.com.

Change or Update Your Membership Information

Your online account makes it easy for you to update your personal information at any time with M·A·C PRO Membership. Access your account to change or update your address, phone number, and email address. Please be aware that your membership name and number cannot be changed online. If you wish to make a name change on your card, change your membership category or require a replacement card, please contact us at promembership@maccosmetics.com or 1-877-553-5536.


Trouble Signing In/Forgot Your Password?

Remember, when entering your 11-digit Membership ID, please do not include the letter as seen on your Membership card.
Example: If your membership number on your card is A12999999999, you will only enter 12999999999 into the Membership ID field.
Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember the password for your account, retrieve your password hint.  If you still cannot remember, then we will send an email to the email address on your account, with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that in order to keep your account secure, you will not be able to re-use your password, and any credit card information you have saved with us will be deleted.

STEPS TO CLEAR YOUR FILES
For Firefox  users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced. 
     
    1)  Click on the Tools menu in Firefox and select Options. 
    2)  In the new window, select the Privacy icon. 
    3)  On the Privacy screen, select Cookies and click on the View Cookies button. 
    4)  Verify that "Don't allow sites that set removed cookies to set future cookies" is not checked. 
    5)  In the new window, select any cookies from www.macpro.maccosmetics.com and click the Remove Cookie button. 
    6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history.

For Internet Explorer users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced.  
       
    1)  Open Internet Explorer  
    2)  Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options  
    3)  In the new window, click the Settings button  
    4)  In the new window, click the View Files button  
    5)  In the new window, locate the file below and delete it:  
        "Cookie:@www.macpro.maccosmetics.com/"
     6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history.
    7)  Close all open browser windows.  
    8)  Return to www.macpro.maccosmetics.com and sign in.  

If you continue to experience difficulties signing in: 
     
    1)  Click on the Edit menu in Internet Explorer and select Preferences. 
    2)  In the new window, click on the Receiving Files menu. 
    3)  In the Web Receiving Files, select Cookies. 
    4)  Select all www.macpro.maccosmetics.com cookies on the list. 
    5)  Click on the Delete button. 
    6)After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history.

For Safari users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced. 
     
    1)  Choose Preferences from the Safari menu. 
    2)  Select the Security icon. 
    3)  Click on the Show Cookies button. 
    4)  Select all www.macpro.maccosmetics.com cookies on the list. 
    5)  Click on the Delete button.
     6)   After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history.

MAC PRO Members can sign up for emails from MAC PRO Membership as well as from MAC Cosmetics Online.
