Registration
If you are having trouble registering on the site, please confirm that your membership is valid and that you are using the correct login information.
Remember, when entering your 11-digit Membership ID, please do not include the letter as seen on your Membership card.

Example: If your membership number on your card is A 12999999999, you will only enter 12999999999 into the Membership ID field.

You will need to verify the last name on your card as well as  your zip code or country.  Enter your physical address and provide a unique email address. Create your password.

When you sign in the next time, you will only need to supply your unique email address and password.

Signing In
Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember the password for your account, retrieve your password hint.  If you still cannot remember, then we will send an email to the email address on your account, with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that in order to keep your account secure, you will not be able to re-use your password, and any credit card information you have saved with us will be deleted.

Signing on at M·A·C PRO Online keeps you signed in when you visit M·A·C Cosmetics Online to complete your product purchases with discount.

While M·A·C does offer advanced classes for professional artists in select cities in North America, we do not have anything of this sort for aspiring artists just starting out.

For a Makeup Artist position within a Department or Specialty store that carries M·A·C Cosmetics, please inquire with the Human Resources Director of the store and indicate your preference to work at the M·A·C counter.

For a Makeup Artist position in a M·A·C store, please inquire with the Store Manager directly. To find address and phone number information for the counters in your area, go to Find Stores.

BRIDAL OR PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS
M·A·C Cosmetics offers makeup consultations at all our M·A·C counter locations. Consultations offer you the opportunity to work with our professionally-trained M·A·C Artists. Go to our Find Stores page to locate M·A·C near you.

RECYCLING WITH BACK TO M·A·C
Because we share your commitment to the environment, M·A·C accepts returns of its primary packaging through the Back to M·A·C Program. By returning six [6] M·A·C primary packaging containers to a M·A·C counter or M·A·C Cosmetics Online, you receive a free M·A·C Lipstick of your choice as our thanks to you.

Since 100% of the retail selling price of Viva Glam Lipsticks is provided to organizations that help people living with HIV/AIDS, these colours are excluded from this program.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
If you favourite M·A·C product has been discontinued, we apologize for any disappointment that has been caused. Before discontinuing any M·A·C Cosmetics product, we take into account many different factors, including:

1. A similar product has been developed which we feel provides better performance.

2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternate.

3. Customer preferences, purchasing patterns.

For assistance with locating a M·A·C Cosmetics product that has been discontinued, please contact our Corporate Headquarters via telephone at 1-800-216-7173 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday and ask to speak with a Gone But Not Forgotten Representative. Please note that a search may only be initiated for products within M·A·C Cosmetics' basic product line. We regret that we are unable to conduct searches for seasonal, limited edition, or promotional products.

If we are able to locate the product you have requested, you may purchase up to 6 units (depending upon availability). Gone But Not Forgotten items are available for shipment to locations within the U.S. To initiate a search for a discontinued product, please call us at 1-800- 216-7173 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

If you have a M·A·C PRO Online Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your M·A·C PRO Online orders.

Canadian Orders
For orders shipped within Canada, shipping status is not available Online. You may call the Canadian fulfillment center for information regarding your order at 1-800-387-6707 ext. 8555. Please refer to your order number whenever contacting M·A·C PRO Customer Service.

Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping Charges (U.S. Orders including PO Box, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories)
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping charges start at $5.00 and increase with the value of your order. The order value is the subtotal of your order not including tax or gift wrap charges.

Shipments to International Addresses
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or Canada.

Please note, many M·A·C Cosmetics counters internationally will process phone orders. Please visit our Find Stores page to locate a store near you.

BACKORDERED ITEMS
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped and there are no additional shipping charged on backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped via the same delivery method selected for the original order.
RETURNS
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other M·A·C products.

When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a M·A·C store or partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged to M·A·C PRO Online.

In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-866-6464

The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. PRO STUDENT PROGRAMS/SCHOOLS
Makeup Professionals are the "art and soul" of M·A·C. They are the history and heritage of the M·A·C culture. Support for the Makeup Professional comes in many ways at M·A·C and the M·A·C PRO Student Program is just the beginning of our relationship with any new Makeup Professional.

M·A·C PRO EVENTS
Master Classes
The Master Class program offers M·A·C PRO Members the opportunity to participate in events designed to bring together the latest in trends, products, make-up and techniques. Master Classes help you to further your skills while giving you the opportunity to interact with the top Artists in the industry. The events consist of make-up demonstration, explanation and application technique-theory. Classes are designed to give the participant a basic understanding of the topic presented. Master Classes are available seasonally at select M·A·C stores throughout North America and abroad.

Master Class Registration Information
Master class fees are non-refundable and payment cannot be transferred for use at other locations.
Standard M·A·C gift cards may not be used for payment of master classes.
Fees are charged at the time of booking. Artists and dates are subject to change.
Space is Limited. Early registration is vital to avoid disappointment.

Master Class Gift Cards
M·A·C Gift Cards are presented to each M·A·C PRO member at the time of the Master Class.
M·A·C Cards may be redeemed at the M·A·C location where the card was purchased. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash

Pro-to-Pro Events
Meet M·A·C PRO Senior Artists. Informative and informal.  View makeup art in a live installation, as well as enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with other makeup artists, hair stylists, agents, models and performers.  This is the ultimate networking occasion for members to share their ideas about the industry with M·A·C artists and other members of the artist community.
