1) Open Internet Explorer 2) Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options 3) In the new window, click the Settings button 4) In the new window, click the View Files button 5) In the new window, locate the file below and delete it: "Cookie:@www.maccosmetics.com/" 6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history. 7) Close all open browser windows. 8) Return to www.maccosmetics.com and sign in.
For Firefox users, we ask that you please follow the steps provided below to help resolve the issue you have experienced.
1) Click on the Tools menu in Firefox and select Options. 2) In the new window, select the Privacy icon. 3) On the Privacy screen, select Cookies and click on the View Cookies button. 4) Verify that "Don't allow sites that set removed cookies to set future cookies" is not checked. 5) In the new window, select any cookies from www.maccosmetics.com and click the Remove Cookie button. 6) After deleting your cookies, please also ensure you delete your temporary internet files as well as clear your history.

Access My Account to change or update your address, phone number, and email address. Please be aware that your membership name and number cannot be changed online. Trouble Signing In/Forgot Your Password? Remember, when entering your 11-digit Membership ID, please do not include the letter as seen on your Membership card.
Example: If your membership number on your card is A12999999999, you will only enter 12999999999 into the Membership ID field.

Master Classes The Master Class program offers M·A·C PRO Members the opportunity to participate in events designed to bring together the latest in trends, products, make-up and techniques. Master Classes help you to further your skills while giving you the opportunity to interact with the top Artists in the industry. The events consist of make-up demonstration, explanation and application technique-theory. Classes are designed to give the participant a basic understanding of the topic presented. Master Classes are available seasonally at select M·A·C stores throughout North America and abroad.
Master Class Registration Information To register for M·A·C PRO Master Classes, please contact the host store directly. Master Class fees are nonrefundable. Space is limited. Registration is on first come, first served basis. Artist and dates are subject to change based on availability.
Master Class Gift Cards M·A·C Gift Cards are presented to each M·A·C PRO member at the time of the Master Class. M·A·C Cards may be redeemed at the M·A·C location where the card was purchased. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Pro-to-Pro Events Meet M·A·C PRO Senior Artists. Informative and informal. View makeup art in a live installation, as well as enjoy cocktails and hors d´oeuvres with other makeup artists, hair stylists, agents, models and performers. This is the ultimate networking occasion for members to share their ideas about the industry with M·A·C artists and other members of the artist community.

Membership is renewable annually and is the responsibility of the member. After providing your payment, please retain your current M·A·C PRO card until you receive your new card, as your membership number will not change. Your membership expiration date is printed on your M·A·C PRO Membership card. If your membership has lapsed for twelve months or more, you must resubmit current professional documentation and a M·A·C PRO Membership application. Payment may be arranged by the following methods:
Online: Submit your annual fees with your credit card. Or choose to have your membership automatically charged to your credit card each year. It's easy and secure. This feature is only available for non-expired PRO Members in North America. If your membership has already expired or you live outside of the US and Canada, please renew by phone or mail.
By phone: Simply call 877-553-5536 or 905-940-2437 to renew your membership over the phone with your credit card. Only available in North America.
In-store: Annual fees are now accepted in North America only at your nearest M·A·C store. Please be sure to present your M·A·C PRO Membership card and valid photo ID at the time of renewal. In-store renewal is open only to categories A and B. Sales taxes apply in NY, VA and Canada.
